
Former IEBC Commissioner Roselyn Akombe has reacted to President Ruto's apology to lawyer Miguna over what happened to him. The former IEBC Commissioner affirms that the president apology to Miguna over the atrocities of the jubilee administration was long overdue.

Miguna was thrown out of the country illegally by Uhuru Kenyatta after swearing-In Raila Odinga after a contested presidential election. The lawyer has however returned into the country after the election of President William Ruto.
Akombe has praised William Ruto as a leader whose focus is largely good for the country. Ruto's latest interventions to bring the nation together has been hailed because either way, Kenya must remain together and strong.
The president has focused on bringing all leaders together and this is part of the reasons why he apologized to Miguna. The president is also seeking the support of the opposition leader Raila Odinga and especially the ODM leaders in efforts to bring Kenya to where it ought to be.
