With 2022 general elections fast approaching, every politician is either aligning or realigning to place themselves in the best position. The top most seat of presidency has attracted a good number of people. One of them is a tycoon by the name Jimmy Wanjigi. He is an Orange Democratic Movement party member as well as Raila Odinga's political ally.
He announced his intentions to vie for head of state sometimes back. He was not taken seriously until recently when he became active in votes hunt. Today he surprised people by holding a meeting with Nakuru Members of County Assembly. The meeting was held at Hotel Kunste.
Wanjigi has decided to test the depth of waters by facing electrolytes at the ground level. He joins the team of Mt Kenya leaders eyeing to succeed Uhuru Kenyatta. Some Netizens were quick to crown him the next regional figure from the mountain. He posted photos of this meeting on Facebook and attracted mixed reactions.
