Moses Kuria has protested the alleged withdrawal of his Chama Cha Kazi candidate from the upcoming Kiagu ward by-elections.
Moses Kuria has disclosed that they will be headed to court on Friday to petition the court to stop the alleged move by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission IEBC.
It is not yet clear why the Chama Cha Kazi party candidate was withdrawn by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
"Today the IEBC has disqualified the Chama Cha Kazi candidate for Kiagu By-Election Milton Mwenda Kabobo following a petition by the South Imenti UDA Coordinator Salesio Mutuma Thuranira. The party has been asked to submit a replacement candidate. We are dissatisfied with this decision and we will move to the High Court first thing tomorrow morning to challenge this decision"Moses Kuria.
