Former Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition party presidential candidate Raila Odinga will most likely file a petition at the Supreme Court of Kenya after terming Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) results null and void.
The move comes at a time when the four IEBC commissioners walked out at the Bomas of Kenya after what they termed as not agreeing to the results that were being announced by IEBC Chairperson Wafula Chebukati.
Speaking to Ramogi TV, Homa Bay residents revealed that they were not happy with the announcement of the president elect. They further asked Raila Odinga not to go to the Supremes Court.
“We don't want Jakom (Raila Odinga) to head to the Supreme Court. We are also aggrieved by the IEBC decision. We are asking the four IEBC commissioners to come straightforward and outline the malpractice that is ongoing there,” one of the residents said.
