"I Didn't Expect" Azimio Politician Senses Presidential Defeat, Urges Supporters To Accept Results

Alinur Mohammed, a prospective Kamukunji member of parliament, just informed their supporters of some information about the presidential election.

The young politician posted on Facebook that, in his opinion, Kenya will have a president that neither he nor the Azimio supporters had anticipated and that everyone must accept this bitter reality as it is. He advised them to carry on with their daily activities because nothing could be altered.

"This surprised me, but it's the bitter truth. Get ready for the unexpected fifth president! Greetings, Mr. President-elect. Life has to go on." Alinur Mohammed posted on his Facebook page.

As of this morning, Raila Odinga is in second place, closely followed by deputy president William Ruto. They are both competing in a neck-and-mouth match. Raila has 6,631,578 votes, which is 49.5%, while DP William Ruto has 6,690,235, or 49.9%. Kenyans are still impatiently awaiting the announcement of the final results from the IEBC.
