Man Protests, Seeks Police Intervention After DP Ruto Makes an 'Impromptu' Visit to his Home

A man in Kajiado County has on Friday come out guns blazing after the Deputy President made an impromptu visit to his home.

Reports have revealed that the husband to the Kajiado East legislator Peris Tobiko protested against Ruto's visit to his matrimonial home saying he wasn't consulted.

According to reliable sources, the politician hosted the dp without his consent, raising feud in the family as the husband called for police intervention to block Ruto. However, the meeting went ahead as scheduled after officials informed him that the meeting had been permitted and an intervention would have been noisy.

After addressing media on the unprecedented incident, Tobiko's husband Kishanto Ole Suuji has revealed that he is frustrated as he is the home owner and a meeting of such magnitude could have been procedural.

Tobiko is among leaders who are slowly warming their way to Ruto's camp in the expected political realignments and she appears to have jumped ship ahead of time following the wrangles that have rocked Jubilee party.
