Kamala Harris is the deputy of President Joe Biden. Today in his tweet about the elections going on in California state he said, "California, Election Day is today. On behalf of people all across America, don't take anything for granted. If you want to vote in person, make sure you know where you're going to vote. If you've already voted, make sure your family and friends are voting. Vote no on the recall."

"California, the eyes of the nation are on you. Vote NO on the before polls close at 8pm to keep Gavin Newsom as governor and keep moving our country forward." He added.

President Joe Biden was simply urging Americans to turn out in large numbers and vote in Gavin Newsom. It's seems like Hon. President Joe Biden was campaignnig for Mr. Gavin to win the gubernatorial elections in California.
