
With less than 5 days left to the polls political players are in a last minute encounter with the voters ahead of the polls. This was the situation in Meru today when Azinio governor Kiraitu Murungi organised a mega rally that saw his supporters turn up in large numbers.

From the video doing round on social media, Kiraitu Murungi's quest saw him organise one of the biggest rallies in the area. The rally was packed to capacity with his supporters openly endorsing his candidature and that of hos party boss Raila Odinga.

Kiraitu making an appeal to the locals to give him five more years to complete the projects he had begun and bring change in the area. He has vowed to better the livelihoods of the locals when elected president of the county. He will be battling it out with Mithika Linturi come August of this month.
