Reactions as Ann Waiguru Announces Free 4-Day Verification Exercise for Land Owners

Kirinyaga County governor Ann Waiguru has received cheers after taking to social media her an announcement to the people of Kirinyaga.

In her post, governor Waiguru has been lauded for her announcement about an ongoing free 4-day land documents verification exercise.

According the the message by the governor, her administration led by Rev Kajombe who doubles up as the Lands County Executive Committee is carrying out a free 4-day verification of land documents for the residents of South Ngariama scheme.

The excercise aims at affirming the rightful ownership and to update the allotees register towards the titling of about 17,000 acres.

Waiguru said that over 8,200 families in the area shall benefit from the exercise and shall help solve the land issues once and for all.

The governor has been cheered for her amazing job as Kenyans lauded that she has proven her leadership for service delivery.

According to the reactions, Waiguru has been applauded for honouring the promises she had made to the people of Kirinyaga County saying that this shall mark the end of land disputes in the region.The governor has also been asked to make sure that the process shall not be hijacked so that the real owners of the land get their rightful shares.Many have thanked the Kirinyaga boss for stepping in at the right time to help the needy residents who have for long cried for justice.
