Since it's rejection, several powerful political person have reacted to the Court's ruling against the BBI, the likes of Ralia odinga a strong ally to the president also reacted, as he insists on taking the case to the court of appeal.
President Uhuru Kenyatta is yet to react to the High Court's ruling against the BBI, as some fear the judges will face intimidation and chest thumping from the president. Could it be that President Uhuru has decided to give up on the BBI report and is afraid to disappoint his ally Ralia Odinga? Or his the President planning for a counter attack in the court of appeal?
