Politics have gradually continued to gain momentum at a very high rate as more people continue training. As this happens, DP Ruto has revealed how he managed to convince Mt. Kenya people despite beef from their leaders. Speaking in Gachie, DP Ruto said that all his successful moves in Mt. Kenya was as a result of Uhuru.
"Many leaders are struggling on how to climb the mountain but I am lucky that my friend Uhuru had already given me the trick on how to do this. He told me if you want to be together with people of the mountain, take care of their needs like roads, water and agriculture," DP Ruto told the residents of Kiambu County.
DP Ruto advised the people not to elect leaders based on tribal relationship and favours. He asked them to elect based on their admirable track record from the time. He also went ahead and talked about the way forward with the bottom up economic model.
