Yesterday Azimio La Umoja Movement presidential flag bearer Hon Raila Odinga pitched tent in Nyeri County. He took his August 2022 campaigns here and was accompanied by key leaders namely: MP Ngunjiri Wambugu (Nyeri Township), Hon Kanini Kega (Kieni), Martha Karua, Murang'a Woman Representative Hon Sabina Chege and Hon Peter Kenneth.
Today, Odinga is in Laikipia County and more particularly Nanyuki. He is being hosted by area Governor, Nderitu Mureithi who is also the head of his campaign secretariat. Other politicians subscribing to Azimio are also present.
