Kenyans today woke up to the news in dailies, that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Handshake brother Raila Odinga, have rejected the move by Parliamentary Joint Committee on BBI to declare that the 70 extra seats proposed by BBI are unconstitutional. The report also indicated that Raila and Uhuru fears Dp Ruto had a hand in the happenings.
Taking to his Twitter account, Tangatanga Mp Caleb Kositany said that he wonders how powerful Dp Ruto and Tangatanga might be, that the state is mentioning them when there is a mess. He further said that the should leave them and deal with their failures including on BBI.
This happens as the BBI report is set to be tabled and discussed in Parliament next week. If it is passed, the document will be availed to IEBC to conduct a referendum.
