Kakamega County Governor FCPA Fernandes Barasa today presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the County Secretary and the Deputy County Secretary, County Executive Committee Members and Chief Officers at Bukhungu Stadium.

Governor Fernandes Barasa congratulated the new Executive team upon the swearing-in and look forward to working with them to deliver on his manifesto.

Fernandes Barasa also thanked his predecessor Wycliffe Oparanya for laying a solid foundation as the first Governor of Kakamega.
