The DP, who was attending a church service at the Redeemed Gospel Church in Mikindani, Jomvu, Mombasa County, amusingly pleaded with the Bishop to forgive him for the sounds outside, comparing the audience to David's in the Bible during his fights with King Saul.
Deputy President William Ruto led his campaign to Changamwe, Mombasa County, today, where he spoke to a crowd of hundreds of people.
"They want to change the constitution to give themselves positions," the DP said, as the crowd erupted in applause. "But they forget that youths need job opportunities and an improved economy."
The DP also stated that it was past time for youths to feel represented and a part of government, saying that his administration in 2022 will include more youths at the top.
