MP Benjamin Washiali is a close member of Deputy President and he has been campaigning for deputy president Ruto in the western region. Washiali has taken a swipe at Raila Odinga that he should be ready to lose in 2022 polls simply because deputy president Ruto will be the fifth president of Kenya. He declared that deputy President Ruto has 10 million votes from two regions which are the mt Kenya region and his backyard.
Washiali declared that Ruto will have to gamble to get half of the votes from the western region simply because some of the people are still in the Azimio coalition. He declared that the Western region was the stronghold of Raila Odinga but after Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula agreed to work together it means things have changed. He declared that the Kenya Kwanza coalition will form the government in 2022 polls and deputy president Ruto will be the fifth president of Kenya.
