And now top Rift Valley leaders have slapped President Uhuru Kenyatta with demands and hard questions as he plans to tour the region.
Samson Cherargei, the Nandi senator said that they will want President Uhuru Kenyatta to explain why several road networks have stalled in the region. He added that they will demand an audit on all the roads.
Elgeiyo Marakwet senator Kipchumba Murkomen said that he will be there with President Uhuru representing William Ruto.
He added that the Head of State has been missing from the region for four years and that they have many questions that they will ask him.
Oscar Sudi, the Kapseret MP said that they will welcome President Uhuru Kenyatta warmly. He also said that perhaps the Head of State is going to Rift Valley just to salute them for voting for him in the 2017 and 2013 elections.
Daniel Rono, Keiyo South MP said that they will demand President Uhuru to complete Kipchoge Stadium as well as expand of Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital.
