The hunt for Coast region votes is up and on. On one side, Deputy Presidenilliam Ruto has the likes of Aisha Jumwa and ex Senator Hassan Omar as his pointmen whereas Raila Odinga having dominated this region over the years has support of Governor Hassan Joho
Now that Joho wont be defending his seat come 2022, ODM have come up with a perfect successor in Mvita MP Abdullswamad Nassir. On Monday, the vocal ODM legislator commenced his campaigns for the Mombasa Gubernatorial when he toured different parts of Mombasa.
Abdullswamad was confident that the people will vote for him since he has been doing a remarkable job for the people of Mvita where he currently leads
Abdullswamad further asked the people of Mombasa to vote for Raila come 2022 as he badly deconstructed Deputy President William Ruto will his hustler nation team.
"Hao wanajifanya maskini na hustler na wanaendesha helicopter. Mtu yuko kwa helicopter anaeza jua umuhimu wa 6000 Raila atawapatia nyinyi wote atakapochaguliwa? Hawawezi kamwe" Mvita MP Abdullswamad Nassir noted
