Raphael Tuju has finally confirmed that it is indeed true that the two main parties Jubilee and ODM have been in constant talks to form a partnership that might end up in having the two party’s field a single candidate for the top seat. This coming as a bitter pill to William Ruto who in 2017 was assured by Uhuru that he will lead campaigns for him in 2022.
According to Tuju, the two parties have 1 day to come up with recommendations that are expected to be the beginning of deep talks that might see Uhuru’s 2022 rival become the ultimate candidate in the 2022 elections which is less than a year from now.
Ruto this week offered his remarks on the same claiming that this move by Uhuru was quite unfortunate after the agreement the two had engaged to before the elections that enjoined the two. Do you think Jubilee will grant the much-needed relief for Raila in 2022? React below.
