The BBI reggae was stopped by high Court and it created wrangles among the handshake while Tangatanga and Linda Katiba team celebrated. Martha Karua has been in the fore front of making sure that the BBI report collapses and it does not come to pass. Her ambitions together with leaders like Kabando Wa Kabando, analyst Edward Kisiang'ani and majority of Tangatanga allied MP's vowed that the BBI will collapse.
Despite passing massively in Counties, national assembly and senate, 5 judges managed to stop. President Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila Odinga came together and had invested a lot in the document but all ended up in vain. Newly appointed chief justice Martha Koome is in crossroads because if the BBI reaches her it is obvious the decision she will make will have great impact.
LSK president Nelson Havi has vowed to make sure that BBI collapses. According to his latest message he confessed that it will be a big task but it will go down. "The adversary at the Court of Appeal on the BBI Bill judgment is organized, mighty, treacherous and conniving like a winter fox.
