Zubeda Nyamulendo, director at Azure Service has disclosed that she walked into KEMSA Offices and ask if she would supply them with mask and suprisingly she walked out with the tender worth 347million. Azure was dealing with furniture supplies. She had never supplied any item to the government before. She never made any requests or invite to be there. She was just a passerby and landed the tender.

Public Investment Committee that is chaired by Mvita MP Abdulswamad Nassir were shocked after hearing this. During the hearing, Zubeda was unable to name the account signatories names. She was grilled and she only identified Stanley as the signatory. She was demanded by Nairobi Woman Rep Esther Passaris, but she bailed out by saying she can't remember Stanley's last name.

At last Zubeda named a name Waqo. And it appeared that the 348million paid to the company was done through a bank account that Waqo allegedly co-owns. It was resolved to summon former EACC boss to explain his link to the form.
