
Wambora handing over the instruments of power to Waiguru
Former Embu governor Martin Wambora has today made his first public appearance since he was defeated for the embu senatorial seat in the last election. Wambora served as embu governor for two years before embarking on the senatorial race.

Today in the coastal town of Mombasa, he was in the company of the newly elected council of governors leader Anne waiguru who takes over from Wambora and becomes the next head of all governors in the country.

Also present during the handing-over was a parliament speaker who was recently sworn in Moses wetangula and the current Embu governor Cicily Mbarire .
Today meeting marking a new dawn for the Kenya Kwanzaa administration which has carried the day in both senate, parliament and now the council of governors seat.
Ruto has reiterated that his government will not Grant any job opportunity to the opposition asking them to carry out their mandate as opposition to put the government in check.
