Through a press release by the Secretary General Raphael Tuju, the party has noted that the much awaited event has been postponed over president Uhuru Kenyatta's busy schedule.
On the day that the event was to be held, their party leader president Uhuru Kenyatta will be delivering his last State of the Nation address and hence they will not be in a position to convene the NDC.
"His excellency the president was also the Jubilee Party leader will deliver the constitutionally binding annual state of the nation address on 30th of November the same day when the Jubilee party NDC is scheduled."Raphael Tuju said in parts.
According to him, their National Delegates Convention is a very important event and hence has to be given a special day on its own at a later date.
