In what seemed to be an advisory post, Senator Murkomen has told the judges that they don't understand politics.
“To ourJudges who may never understand politics,as your younger brother let me assure you that many Politicians don’t believe in BBI...”
In addition, Senator Murkomen said that the likes of Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi are just supporting the bill for their political gain. All they need is an endorsement from the outgoing President Uhuru Kenyatta.

“Kalonzo, Mudavadi and Wetangula are doing it for Uhuru’s endorsement.Raila is for finishing the journey even though was shortchanged. You are the only sober group.” Tweeted Senator Murkomen.
Senator Murkomen's words comes a few days after High Court Judges declared the BBI process illegal.
