Speaking during his burial ceremony Sang described the deceased as a hardworking individual who was ready to help those in need.
"I want to send my heartfelt armessage of condolences to the family and friends of the deceased, may God give you strength during this hard time of mourning," said the Nandi governor while speaking to the press during the burial ceremony of the deceased at Kipturen village ,Kabiyet Ward.
He said his death is not only a bif loss to the family but to the county government.
"May the Almighty God strengthen the family at this difficult moment. As a county government we will help the family of the deceased whenever we can," the Nandi governor said.
The Nandi governor is a staunch supporter of the deputy president William Ruto.
Sang called on Kenyans to support the deputy president in his bid to become the country's 5th president come 2022.
"I want to urge Kenyans across the Country to support deputy president William Ruto 2022 bid since he is suitable for the position.We don't support Ruto because he is a Kalenjin but because of development agenda," Sang said.
Sang however called on Kenyans to continue following the directives by the Ministry of health to prevent further spresd of coronavirus.
"I want to urge Kenyans to continue following the directives such as washing hands before and after every activity, putting on facemasks, observe social distancing rule and if possible stay at home to prevent further spread of coronavirus," Sang advised.
