(Video)Controversial Rift Valley MP in Trouble as Electorates Demonstrate Over Bad Roads

The vocal Emurua Dikirr MP Johanna Ngeno alias Ngong is in trouble with his electorates after they went on a rampage demanding better roads. They are accusing him of spending all the time campaigning for the incumbent Bomet governor this absconding his duties.

They resorted to planting banana plants across the impassable roads with the hope of getting the attention of the absentee MP who is yet to make a formal address on today's happenings.

"As Residents of Emurua dikir we came out in large numbers for a peaceful demonstration against the area MP Johana Ngeno. The roads are so pathetic and impassable. A leader who doesn't sit and reason together with his electorates is doomed to fail," one said.

The legislator a fierce supporter of deputy president William Ruto and he got popular when he mercilessly insulted the president and his family. It led to his arrest and the matter is still in court.

He is not seeing eye to eye with CCM party leader Isaac Ruto and that explains why he is camping at the county campaigning to his rival Hillary Barchok. 

Just recently he was got in between the politics of failed promises between bodaboda riders and Sotik constituency MP. The riders accused him of colluding with the area MP to squander fundraiser. His absenteeism in his constituency and frequenting Bomet county is what irked the emotions of electorates.
