It is sad scenes at the Central Business District of Nairobi town as thousands sit helpless waiting for PSVs so that to arrive on time so that they can bet curfew hours and at least spent the night in the comfort of their homes.

According to photos shared by the Nation, Kencom and Ronald Ngala bus stops are full and it was barely 20 minutes to curfew time.

"City residents hoping to beat the 8:00 pm curfew anxiously wait for PSVs to ferry them home at Kencom and Ronald Ngala bus stops in Nairobi." Nation

Here are some of the reactions from netizens:-

"Nairobians I feel you. The masks have to go down now coz it has been on for more than eight hours not mentioning the social distance." Even

"The 8:00 pm curfew is REALLY achieving its purpose. I hope the COVID 19 infections will finally go down to 0%." Atundo

"Punishing Kenyans for a fault not their own." Pretty

What is your take on this, is the 8:00 pm curfew achieving the intended purpose? Was the purpose to punish Kenyans?
