Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua sent a strong message to politicians and political analysts during the launch of the Hustler Fund. He told them that this fund is not theirs for the take but for the hustlers at the bottom.
While addressing Kenyans during the events, he said that the hustlers fund is only meant to help Kenyans at the bottom to expand and start their businesses. He also told politicians and other rich people that this money is not for them to burrow. In addition, he informed those politicians who claimed before that 50,000 cannot help anybody, to wait and witness Kenyans improve their lives with it.
This was also supported by Nairobi Governor Sakaja who said that hustlers only need as little as Sh5000 to upgrade their businesses.
DP Gachagua also informed those who criticized the hustlers fund(rich politicians) to get their loans from banks by using their log books and other assets.
