Speaking during an interview with K24 Murathe has admitted that off late they (Azimio) were having a problem which was to get rid of UDA in Mt Kenya.Murathe has acknowledged that Dp Ruto's side a while ago had huge followings in the mountain adding that they have done much to ensure that they get the people start supporting Azimio.
Murathe has revealed that they had their own numbers which were formed by intelligence , research and professional.To this ,Murathe has added that Raila was at neck to neck to the deouty president last month and this month he has edged ahead of the Dp.
"The issue we had was to get rid of the 'yellow fever' in Mt. Kenya. Yellow was the undercoat, we are now painting the country blue... Our numbers are informed by research and intelligence. In Mt. Kenya, Raila has edged ahead of the DP"Said Murathe.
According to the former member of parliament,Raila was now at the lead in Kenya with 65% while Dp Ruto had 35%.
