Through his official Facebook page Kutuny wrote "Confirm location tuanze sherehe mapema mapema. Thanks your Excellency Rais for lifting the curfew," said the Cherangany member of parliament.
This comes after president Uhuru Kenyatta lifted the dusk to daen curfew during the Mashujaa day celebrations in Kirinyaga.
The Cherangany legislator who was elected on a Jubilee party ticket is a staunch supporter of president Uhuru Kenyatta's adminstration.
He is currently the Jubilee party deputy secretary general a position thta was being held by the deputy president William Ruto's ally Soy member of parliament Caleb Kositany.
Kutuny is a big critique of the deputy president William Ruto where he has termed him as corrupt and cannot be trusted with the country's leadership.
