While speaking to the Eldoret residents after his finishing his meeting with delegates concerning 'Azimio la Umoja', the ODM presidential aspirant has blamed Ruto for failing to fulfil his promise of giving laptop to primary pupils.
According to Raila, the UDA diehard and self proclaimed Hustler Chief has not good intentions with the Kenyan citizens after he failed to fulfil his promise he kept while campaigning for the Jubilee government back in 2017.
Raila continued that Ruto has now changed the tune and found another way of playing with the mind of local citizens by moving around and claiming that 'Kazi ni Kazi' since he does not have anything to promise ahead of general elections.
The two leaders have officially made their interest of succeeding President Uhuru Kenyatta when he retires from the throne next year August, with William Ruto currently in the coastal region preaching his hustler gospel to the residents.
With the deputy president promising to uplift the small scale business owners through his bottom up economic model, Raila has continued with his promise to providing monthly stipend of Ksh.6000 to the poor families when he becomes the president.
