Philip Etale has send a strong message to DP William Ruto for the event that happened yesterday where he entered in Toboko's homestead without his notice. Etale alleges that the Bible itself says that a man is the head of the family and that whoever want to visit his homestead should seek permission from him. This happened when Kajiado East member of parliament Peris Tobiko invited DP William Ruto in his homestead and openly declared that he has ditched Odm Party in favour of hustlers movement. This has frustrated them and the field that resulted later was attributed to the incidents. The husband blamed DP William Ruto for entering in his premise without permission.
Etale's Message to DP William Ruto is that he needs to respect other people's property and that he ought to have followed the right channel. It's in record that Mr Tobiko asked him if it was him who entered in his premise through invitation by his wife whether he would remained calm or take an action. It's not clear whether whether Peris had not informed the husband about the visit of the second in command or it was just a mare politics.
