
Former Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto and CCM aspirant Victor Koecho joined mourners and the family of the late Pastor Wilson Barchok who was laid to rest at his home in Cheptagum village in Chepalungu constituency, Bomet County. He revealed that the late Barchok was his good friend and he played a big role in spreading the word of God. He lure mourners to emulate his footsteps simply because he was a role model and called upon all leaders to preach peace ahead of the 2022 polls.
Moreover, he took his time to campaign as he lure residents to vote for him to be the governor of Bomet County and he will ensure that he fulfilled all the promises. He also called upon the residents to vote for Deputy President Ruto to be the fifth president of Kenya in the August polls. Barchok was a senior pastor of Cheptagum/Soget Africa Gospel Church (AGC) and he succumbed to death after a small illness.
