"Parliament was too hot" Babu Owino says, Shares his Video as Wetangula forced him to cut his speech

Moses Wetang'ula gave House members the mandate of debating the majority and minority issues in the National Assembly. He was expected to rule on the Azimio la Umoja One Kenya coalition and Kenya Kwanya majority, minority stalemate.

Leaders traded jabs as they tried to differentiate coalition parties and independent parties. Embakasi East member of parliament Babu Owino left Kenyans talking online after sharing a video on his Facebook page showing section of the proceeding where the speaker was forced to cut his speech during the debate. He said that the day was a long witnessed in heated debate in parliament.

He said, "today parliament was too hot for the freshmen and women, fortunately we are around to guide them. We placed our opponents in their right place. It shall not be easy at all. Kenyans must be served within the ambit of the law."
