Here Is What Senator Irungu Kang’ata Has Told Murang’a Residents After Raila Storm Mt Kenya Region

The ODM Party leader Raila Odinga stormed Naromoru, Karatina, Makutano, Kenol, and Githurai on Monday.

The former Prime minister, was in the company of Laikipia Governor Nderitu Muriithi together with Kieni legislator Kanini Kega.

The politicians attracted the attention of the residents from the listed Sub-Counties which political pundits initially established that will be Deputy President William Ruto‘s backyard coming August 2022 General elections.

While addressing the crowd on Tuesday after the ODM Party leader received a heroic welcome in Kenol, Senator Kang’ata told Murang’a residents to come out in large numbers to have themselves register as voters when the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) kick start the mass voter registration scheduled for October 4, 2021.

He also asked the residents to register to make sure that United Democratic Alliance (UDA), a party linked with Ruto, forms the next government.

“Dear Muranga resident, IEBC has enhanced continuous voter registration exercise starting on 4th October to 2nd November 2021, for 30 days," he posted on his Facebook page.

“Every ward has 3 BVR kits manned by 2 clerks each from 8.00 to 5.00 daily. Register now to install a government that cares for you- UDA government,” Kang’ata wrote on his social media page on Tuesday."
