We Will Get Him A Kikuyu Wife: Mutahi Ngunyi Sends Museveni A Message After His Apology

Two days after Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni apologized to Kenyans following his son's threat to Kenya, Mutahi Ngunyi has come out to send him a message. Taking to his Twitter page on Thursday evening, the former technical assistant to Uhuru Kenyatta said that he has accepted Museveni's apology but that does not mean he is off the hook.

Ngunyi said that Museveni is like a whistling dog and his son Muhoozi is a good boy. Ngunyi said because he is a good boy Kenyans are going to get him a good wife from Kikuyu land to strengthen the bilateral ties between the two countries.

"Dear President Museveni (Mzee Wetu)@KagutaMuseveni, I have SEEN your APOLOGY to Kenyans. And I have FORGIVEN you. But I think you are DOG WHISTLING. General Muhoozi is a GOOD BOY and Kenyans LOVE him. We will GET him a Kikuyu WIFE or DOES he prefer LUHYA or Maybe KAMBA?" Ngunyi said.

The messages that Gen Muhoozi shared on Twitter created some tension between Kenya and Uganda as they were disturbing. The Ugandan government however distanced itself from the posts saying they did not have anything to do with it. Ruto will be going to Uganda on Saturday for the celebration of a national day and this is meant to further clear the air after the tension.
