The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party supremo DP William Ruto and his Tangatanga brigade hit the ground in Marsabit to search for votes and woo the area residents to support the Ke nya Kwanza team in the upcoming general elections slated for 9th August 2022. 
This is amid allegations from their opponents in the Kenya Kwanza team led by Junet Mohammed dropping allegations that Ruto's camp had orchestrated plans to rig the upcoming elections by having secret meetings with printers of the election materials and IEBC officials. 
One of the Azimio digital strategists and blogger Robert Alai has shared a video of clip of Ruto's campaign trail in Marsabit sparking mixed reactions. Ruto was spotted waving across the street to greet people but the people were scarce. 
The video has elicited mixed reactions with some Kenyans claiming that Marsabit is Baba's bedroom and the people have refused Ruto's bid. Raila and Ruto's camps have been working around the clock to outdo each other and streamline their statehouse ambitions. Here are some comments below:
