Kindiki's Open Message to DP Ruto About Karua That Has Left Supporters Yearning

As the self-styled chief hustler William Samoei Ruto looks forward to fire his will-be first presidential shot, one of the political parameters he is capitalizing on is Mt Kenya factor.

The aforenamed region is a vote-rich hub with millions of votes and should he get it's fair share, then chances of him having his name written and mentioned alongside Jomo Kenyatta, Daniel Moi, Mwai Kibaki and Uhuru Kenyatta are both practical and probable.

With the D-day vastly approaching, Ruto is facing stiff opposition from his main arch rival Raila Odinga who has since picked Martha Karua with bid to neutralize Ruto's political acidity in the region, will they succeed?

Speaking with Waihiga Mwaura of Citizen TV's NewsNight, Kithure Kindiki told Raila and team to tame their expectations about Karua telling them that the latter is incapable of changing the political tide in Mt Kenya region for DP Ruto is well established courtesy of his time to time visits to the area.

Formerly, Mt Kenya was known for their compact voting trend where they voted enmasse for a single candidate but since the unprecedented fallout between Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto, the region is torn into two antagonistic fragments, with one side gravitating towards DP Ruto and the other towards Uhuru-Raila.
