After a long silence UDA nominated Senator Karen Nyamu has come out to give a statement about a viral video where she was seen causing some trouble during her husband's concert in Dubai. In the viral video seen by this writer the senator could be seen walking to the table where Samidoh was sitting with his other wife Edday Nderitu. She tried to sit on the singer's laps but Nderitu moved in to stop her. The security personnel then moved in and take her away. She could be seen tipsy.
In another video from the same incident Nyamu is seen dancing on stage while Samidoh was performing. The singer could then be seen signaling to the security personnel to come and take her away. The senator has now blamed alcohol for all the altercations that happened in Dubai. She has even vowed not to drink again and this will be her 2023 resolution. Nyamu taking to her socials said that she was surprised to find herself trending on Saturday and went ahead to ask people to pray for her so that she can change.
“Mniombee…hii mapenzi kama itakuwa inafanya nifanye drama kila saa nikae kama mimi ndio chizi…2023 sitaki drama. Nimeacha pombe. Don’t worry…niko na kila kitu. Kitu sinanga ni haya. No alcohol for me in 2023. Pombe haijui lane. Simwachi. Lazima tulee watoto. I don’t fight. I am a coward. Nilikosea nani kwenda kwa stage? I was having fun,” she said.
