Deputy president William Ruto and Kenya Kwanza presidential candidate has already casted his vote at the nearest polling Station in Sugoi. After voting, Dp Ruto who was in company of his wife Rachael, urged Kenyans to vote for he had already voted.
"I have voted. You too should. Your vote counts" he said.
