Kikuyu Member of Parliament Hon Kimani Ichungwa has today asked the Jubilee Party Disciplinary Committe to take actions against President Uhuru Kenyatta, Kirinyaga County Governor Hon Anne Mumbi Waiguru and Nominated Member of Parliament Hon Maina Kamanda.
Appearing before the Disciplinary Committe today, he lawmaker has now accused the three political leaders of violating the party's constitution by being disloyal to the party.
Moreover, Ichungwa has reported that President Uhuru Kenyatta should appear before the committee in the coming days, where he will explain why actions shouldn't be taken against him, for going against what the Jubilee Party Constitution says, in regards to being loyal to the party.
He has accused President Uhuru Kenyatta, Anne Waiguru and Nominated MP Maina Kamanda of Supporting and campaigning for the ODM Party Candidates in both Kibra By elections (Where Waiguru and Kamanda actively campaigned for ODM Party Candidate) and Musambweni Byelection (where President Uhuru Kenyatta publicly endorsed Omar Bogi, Raila's fronted Candidate).
This comes after Hon Isaac Mwaura availed himself in the Jubilee Party Headquarters together with his legal team that comprises of Ichungwa, Millicent Omanga and Silvanus Onsoro. The proceedings are now ongoing.
