Mt Kenya Support Not a Sure Shot for DP Ruto, His Ally Give Stunning Remarks as New Details Emerge

Deputy President William Ruto is under another shock wave as his Mt Kenya ally break silence on their stand in the upcoming 2022 national elections in August.

The second in command has already made his intentions to become president Uhuru Kenyatta's heir apparent, and furthermore he stated his journey long ago to woo Kenyans to conceive his hustlers agenda ahead of the electoral year.

With Mt Kenya region unlikely to field their own candidate, Dr Ruto has banked a lot of his concentration in the vote rich region, with a believe that should he receives full support, ascending presidency will be more easier since he has a commanding power of approximately over 4 millions voters from his Rift Valley backyard.

However, Murang'a county senator Irungu Kang'ata has broken his silence on how they will run their Politics in 2022. According to People Daily reports, the Legislator has come clean that although most of them are DP's allies, their last decision will be weighed on what he will have to offer to the Region.

The Lawmaker asserted that they will give their demands to other interested candidates who will visit them for support, and weigh on who will give the Region the best before they reach a final decision.

“Although most of us from the region are supporting Ruto, our final decision will be pegged on what a particular candidate offers us. We have already given our demands to Ruto, and will do so to others,” Kang’ata said.
