Chaos erupted at a Runyenjes tallying centre in Embu county after a man claiming to be Raila Odinga's agent was nabbed with forms 34B and 37B in his private car.
The commotion started after agents of several gubernatorial agents had alleged that the forms in question had gone missing.
The suspect who is yet to be indentified said that he had been sent by Permanent Secretary Cyrus Njiru and Azimio La Umoja chairman from Embu County to represent the coalition as an agent.
The conflict grew hotter even after the first agent to arrive at the tallying centre said that he didn't know the arrested man.
After police intervention the man was forced to explain to the people where he had obtained the forms from. He said that he got them from Pamela Karimi who is the Returning Officer.
The man was then taken away as agents of Embu gubernatorial candidate Lenny Kivuti also left the tallying centre.
