Top government lawmamkers and politicians have started putting their houses in order in preparation of the ahead general elections scheduled to take place in August next year 2022. The new constitution of 2010 clear states that the general elections be held in the country after every five years.

Hon. Moses Kirima Nguchine the area member of parliament of Imenti Central constituency yesterday surprised his residents as he told them that in the next general elections the citizens are free to vote him out if he will not accomplish his agenda that he promised them while campaigning in the last general election.

Imenti Central constituency is found in Meru county that is under the leadership of Governor Kiraitu Murungi. Hon. Nguchine promised the residents that he will construct and tarmac a 13 Km road . The road is Kariene-Kaguma that is in poor condition and has been of good help to the farmers who use the road to transport agricultural products such as bananas, mangoes and vegetables.

In conclusion, Hon.Kirima said that he has plans to construct and tarmac the road before the end of this year to facilitate the smooth transportation of agricultural products.
