File photo of Paul Chirchir,MCA Kericho county Assembly.
Photos have rented the air of a cunny politician who is believed to have miserably failed the electorate, and in a bid to woo his people has gone to far and unheard lengths,to retain his seat as the general election closes in.
Mr Paul Kipchirchir,a member of Kericho County Assembly, representing Tarimbo ward is a cornered man.The budding politician has been away for the better part of the five year period. And since Chicken are coming home to roast, the dishonourable mheshimiwa has resulted to all manner of theatrics.Perhaps deriving his motivation from the Hustler narrative,he seems to have perfected the act of so many 'unperforming' politicians.
Paul his keen to retain his seat on a United Democratic Alliance(UDA) party ticket in the forth coming election. The party has prided itself in giving honour to all manner of hustle, famed by their popular saying,'Kazi Ni Kazi'.
For instance,Paul has been captured making inroads in the homes of his people and asking for dirty laundry, where he proceeds to wash them, before hurriedly sneaking to the next compound to do the same.Well, the villagers are seemingly elated,to the 'fulfilment' of mheshimiwa.
In another photo doing rounds on social media, the local politician is seen in a group of village women, with a bundle of firewood, wrapped with a leso in his back, perhaps from the forest.Well,we all know he did it for clout.
It's that time, where politicians will promise a trip to the moon.
Kenyans, don't fall for these desperate antics.
