Popular Kenyan lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi popularly known as Grand Mullah has translated the meaning of the letter that has been issued to the press by the former cabinet secretary for treasury Hon Ukur Yattani.
Taking to his Twitter page, Grand Mullah who was very vital in campaigning for the Kenya kwanza government has claimed that the former cs has shown the president William Ruto a middle finger and sounded that he can't touch him.
He has claimed that the letter released to tte press has the permission of the former president Uhuru Kenyatta and the blessings of the former prime minister Raila Odinga.
"By releasing this letter (of course with the permission of retired President Uhuru and the blessing of Hon Raila), Hon. Ambassador Ukur Yatani shows the government the Middle finger and tells H.E William Ruto "you can't touch me," he wrote.
This comes even as things have heated up with the ksh 15 billion in question now a mystery after the response.
