Huge Win To UDA As Incumbent Bomet Senator Makes U Turn, Drops His Bid To Support UDA Candidate

The DP William Ruto's Party, UDA has again today received a major boost as it remains very few days to August general elections.

According to the latest communication reaching our media airwaves now, Hon Christopher Andrew Langat, the Bomet Senator who is also seeking for a re-election has dropped his bid to support the UDA candidate Hon Hillary Sigei in the race to recapture the Bomet County Senate Seat. Additionally, Sigei who lost the UDA ticket and opted to run as independent Candidate has pledged to concentrate on DP Ruto's Presidential campaign's.

Langat new decision is now a major boost to UDA in Bomet, county where the leader for the Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) Party Hon Isaac Ruto comes from.

"UDA thanks Bomet Senator Dr Christopher Langat for choosing to end his independent candidature to support UDA after consultations. Dr Langat joins the national Presidential campaign team to help deliver a Hustler Nation victory on August 9," DP Ruto Communication States.
