The member of Parliament of Kapsaret Thanked the ODM party for holding a peaceful campaign in the region and winning honestly.
The late night message from Ruto's allied Member of Parliament has spiked reactions among kenyans as many have hinted and alleged of a possible coalition between Orange Democratic party and United Democratic Alliance.
