Dr. William Samoei Ruto, the head of the United Democratic Alliance (UDA), has returned to politics in style just a few weeks after taking a hiatus to send a stern message to President Uhuru Kenyatta's handshake friends.
DP Ruto told his supporters in Ekerenyo in Nyamira County that those who the President had assigned tasks to have failed to deliver, which is why he wondered where he was.
He has conveyed to the handshake that they should prepare to return home after the August general election because they have failed to accomplish their objectives.
The second in command said the following in a rally in Kisii "Rais mwenyewe alisema bwana kitendawili na wale ambao wamekuwa wakijaribu kusaidia rais kwa miaka mitano, si mlisikia rais mwenyewe akisema hao watu ni wazembe?
