President Yoweri Museveni is among a few leaders in Africa known for their wise decisions, even though some of the decisions earn him enemies.
The former military man makes wise decisions for Ugandans, in most cases, when they are faced with challenges.
Besides getting advice from his personal assistants from the government, President Museveni's decisions are also sourced or rather approved by Mama Janet Kataha Museveni.
Mama Janet Kataha Museveni is Museveni's wife, and according to his son, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, top army commander, she is the one who behind all the decisions that the first family makes
The army commander has taken to social media to reveal how their mother is the family's matriarch, adding she is a superwoman
"Mama Janet Kataha Museveni, the matriarch in our family. No decisions are made amongst us without her approval. A great mother and superwoman," he tweeted.
Ugandans have joined the commander in the comment section to laud their first lady for raising up a good family.
Others also joked how they are eagerly waiting for her to make the decision so that schools are re-opened.
